Working With Me
The first step is deciding how much help you need, and what kind. For any questions about what kinds of services I offer, or if you have a specific process question, please feel free to view my services or contact me. I can work with you to develop a personal project package, usable hours package, or simply hammer out an hourly agreement. I also offer free discovery calls if you prefer chatting over video call.
Afterwards, you'll receive a proposal with the project details, my contact info, responsibilities & deliverables, and expectations. If that looks amenable, we'll get billing information set up--and we're off!
[Minor note: These prices may fluctuate on my site depending on cost of living or significant software subscription prices, unless you already have a contract with me. In the event something needs to change in our agreement (either prompted by myself or by you) that will always merit a conversation and a new contract. Communication is key!]
Usable Hours Packages
A Usable Hours approach is most beneficial for clients looking for a wide array of virtual assistance tasks. The fee would be paid upfront monthly. This allows me the flexibility to work on whatever tasks needs doing, while giving you the confidence of an unchanging base rate and reliable help.
Alternatively, you can specify how many hours you require my help (minimum of 5), and that help can be as varied as you need at a base hourly rate, tracked & invoiced weekly.
Monthly Services Packages
If you only need one or two general services from me a month, a monthly service package paid upfront monthly may be a more manageable approach. Here are just a handful of the options available. Don't see what you need? Contact me, and I'll gladly provide more information.
